Welcome to Warren Street Hotel, our third property in New York, which we are thrilled to announce is now open. Nestled in the vibrant and creative Tribeca neighbourhood, Warren Street Hotel is a joyful celebration of contemporary art and design, filled with unique pieces from many of our favourite and recently discovered artists, with every inch infused with our sense of fun and love of storytelling.

As you turn onto Warren Street, you are immediately greeted by our striking vivid blue façade with its sunny arnica yellow top, commanding attention and adding an exciting new addition to the Lower Manhattan skyline. It is a building that makes you feel happy from the moment you approach.

Step inside the lobby and find striking artworks, including handwoven towers by Cristián Mohaded, a vast beaded collage by Sanaa Gateja, a polished, black marble sculpture by Tony Cragg and ‘Unwavering Strive’ by Terence Maluleke, all complementing one another against the bright colours and Zig Zag patterned backdrop.

The brasserie-style Restaurant with its long pewter bar is the perfect place to grab a stool and order one of our signature cocktails, the impressive overhead sculpture that we commissioned especially for the space, reminiscent of a busy beehive, draws you in and the eclectic artworks and celebration of colour, pattern and texture create a welcoming, cosy atmosphere. Serving much-loved classics and seasonal dishes, it is already a favourite with locals.

As you walk from the restaurant into The Orangery you are met by our large dresser, filled with a wonderful collection of Robina Jack ceramic plates. The dresser, whilst sourced well before the Warren Street build, fits the room perfectly, as if made for the space. Glowing Martha Freud fungi-inspired ceramics with surprising miniature details (look for the fairies and wheelbarrows), an impressive fireplace, mismatched prints and bold colour provide something new to discover at every turn.

The Drawing Room offers the perfect antidote to the outside bustle of New York City and is a space to kick back and unwind in. Sit and play backgammon or chess, grab a drink from the Honesty Bar or simply relax and enjoy the library of books set amidst our playful artworks.

No two rooms are the same at Warren Street Hotel with every one of our 69 bedrooms and suites each being individually designed, some with beautifully landscaped private terrace gardens and spectacular skyscraper views of Lower Manhattan and some that feature a glancing peek at the Hudson River. All the rooms are bold and beautiful, yet each has its own character. From vibrant stripes and patterns to subtle, delicate embroideries, you’ll be hard pushed to find a favourite.
