Artwork. We recently launched an exciting new creative corner on Shop Kit Kemp with a curated selection of unique artworks. Our Artists Corner is home to a collection of delicate watercolour paintings by artist SJ Axelby. Lampshades. Accessorise any room with an accent lampshade for a gift that will last a lifetime. These hand-made, bespoke lampshades are made of fabric cuttings by Kit Kemp Design Studio’s very own Polly Carter.

If you would like something a little bit more hands on, our Bloomsbury Flowers workshops are the perfect gift for some quality time. Held seasonally at Charlotte Street Hotel, Bloomsbury Flower’s Mark Welford and Stephen Wicks have supplied flowers to Firmdale for over 20 years. Immerse yourself in the enchanting aroma of fresh flowers as Mark and Stephen teach you how to create your own English country garden inspired arrangement. Afterwards enjoy a Champagne brunch in Oscar Restaurant.

Another hand selected artist showcased on our Artists Corner is Laurance Simon. Inspired by the natural world, animals and colour, his sculptures, vessels and candelabras are filled with wondrous imagination. ‘Blue Daisy’ brings a soft air whilst ‘Flavors of Mexico’ brings that summer breeze we are all ready for.

If you are going to town with a very special gift above the £500 mark, we would wholeheartedly recommend our brand new lamps. Based on our Papillon and Tall Trees wallpapers, these hand-painted treasures are a real one of a kind piece with a finish that is truly unique.
