It’s an exciting time of the year when an abundance of new fabrics are introduced, each weaving a unique charm into the world of design. We’ve fallen in love with an array of captivating weaves, prints, and embroideries and we can’t wait to get scheming with them. Here’s a sneak peek of our four favourites:

Fable Trellis – No.9 Jim Thompson

Fable Trellis, a large-scale masterpiece that instantly commands attention. The contrast between the patterned trellis and the pristine white fabric beyond is mesmerising, embellished with twisted rope embroidery and delicate beads. Available in two captivating colourways: Indigo & Foxy.

Below is a sneak peak of the Indigo colourway used on the curtains in a recently designed bedroom at The Soho Hotel.

Rangiroa – Pierre Frey

It’s no secret how much we adore Pierre Frey’s fabrics. They always infuse vibrancy and warmth into our schemes. Their latest creation, Rangiroa is reminiscent of the unique designs and shapes Henri Matisse uses in his fabulous artwork. This textile masterpiece emerged from Véronique Villaret’s paper cut out sketches, representing the tropical vegetation of the Pacific Islands. Bright embroidery threads dance on luxurious linen in Eclatant, Atoll, and the irresistibly warm hues of Epices.

Hotline – Kit Kemp x Christopher Farr:

Our latest collection with Christopher Farr brings exciting new additions, including the delightful striped weave Hotline. What may appear as a simple design reveals subtle, woven embroidered details upon a closer look. Versatile and durable, it’s perfect for upholstery, available in Indigo, Orange, and Natural.

Veronese – Borderline Fabrics

Borderline Fabrics hold a special place in our hearts, especially their floral creations. Veronese, their latest fabric, exudes an old-world charm reminiscent of the 1920s, featuring Jacobean stylised flowers. The printing process is steeped in tradition, with the original blocks meticulously used 88 times per linear yard. It’s available in Gold Indigo, Russet Teal, and Strawberry Kingfisher, casting a spell of elegance with its sophisticated colour combinations.

Below we have used ‘Gold Indigo’ for the curtains and bed cushions in a new bedroom scheme at Covent Garden Hotel. We love the elegance of this fabric and its sophisticated colour combinations!
