We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of Warren Street Hotel, our third property in New York. Nestled in the lively Tribeca neighbourhood, Warren Street Hotel is a joyful celebration of contemporary art and design, filled with unique pieces from many of our favourite artists and makers. Its striking vivid blue exterior topped with bright arnica yellow captures attention, making it a bold and exciting addition to the lower Manhattan skyline.

Each of the Hotel’s 69 bedrooms, suites and residences are individually designed, some with beautifully landscaped private terrace gardens and spectacular skyscraper views of lower Manhattan and the Hudson River.

The Warren Street Bar & Restaurant is a modern, neighbourhood brasserie offering an all-day menu of much-loved classics and fresh, seasonal dishes filled with flavours and ingredients from around the world.  The space itself is a celebration of colour and creativity, with an eclectic art collection and characterful interiors.

Over the last 12 months the Design Team have been dreaming up bold and beautiful new schemes for each of the rooms, choosing unique pieces of art and adding playful touches to make our guests smile.

Many of the works of art and craft that you’ll see around the hotel are completely bespoke, commissioned by Kit, Minnie and Willow and often years in the making. Below you can see the team installing a new series of Martha Freud’s pots, make specially for Warren Street. Each one features a different mushroom of fungi and you’ll even spot the occasional fairy or two.
