Suite 308 at Ham Yard Hotel

Step inside Suite 308, at Ham Yard Hotel. Join us as we take a closer look at this latest scheme, full of colour, texture and playful patterns…

Calming blue tones are paired with pops of reds and mustard yellows, to create a primary colour palette that’s cool and cosy. A soft blue linen by Nobilis adorns the walls and provides a perfect backdrop for this lively headboard, upholstered in a fabric called ‘Petersham’. We added nickel studding around the outside for a contemporary touch. It’s all in the detail!

“Petersham” was our starting point for this room scheme and from this we handpicked pale blues, earthy reds, and sunny yellows for the rest of the bedroom. We believe it is always important to add a personal, hand-crafted touch, so the applique bed cushions were cut and sewn in our own design studio!

Sitting opposite the bed are two armchairs, upholstered in our ‘Lost and Found’ fabric in lemon, which we designed for Christopher Farr. It’s a simple design but we love the structure and its small repeat of dotted stripes and squares. The chairs are piped in a contrasting red wool and a large button adds a bold and contemporary finishing touch.

The large floor to ceiling crittall windows are dressed with curtains in the same fabric that we used on the headboard. This textile design has been repeated throughout the room to create a harmonious flow.

Stepping into the separate seating area, we’ve upholstered the sofa in our Christopher Farr ‘Live It Up’ weave, piped in a yellow leather. It is a vibrant textile that pairs wonderfully with ‘Petersham’.
