Sleeping Around

Step inside Room 708 at Warren Street Hotel...

On today’s blog, we invite you to step inside Room 708 at Warren Street Hotel, where dazzling blues and vibrant yellows come together to evoke the feeling of summer strolls through Sicily. The room begins with a bold canvas: walls dressed in rich cobalt blue set the scene with immediate impact and a sense of depth.

As always, the headboard commands attention. For this room, we’ve upholstered our Sam headboard in a striking large-scale floral fabric that evokes the warmth and vibrancy of an Italian summer. The expressive brushstrokes infuse the fabric with texture and movement, bringing life and character to the room. A sleek outline of tight nickel studding adds a modern, refined edge to the design.

Cohesion is key in all of our schemes and this room is no exception. The curtains have been created in the same fabric as the headboard, tying the whole palette together in a joyful medley of blue and yellow.

At the foot of the bed, a striped wool bench in varying shades of blue adds a tailored, sophisticated note. Piped in blue for definition, it’s both stylish and practical. Even the side pocket on our Leo chair follows the theme, finished in a blue and yellow mix to echo the wider scheme.

We always love to include elements of craft and storytelling. Here, we’ve added two bespoke appliqué cushions inspired by leisurely Italian afternoons and the scent of fresh coffee enjoyed al fresco.

It’s all about the details. A concealed bookshelf adds warmth and a lived-in charm to the space, while carefully chosen lampshades introduce a playful, unexpected touch.

We hope you’ve enjoyed a look inside Room 708, where even the smallest spaces are brought to life through thoughtful design, colour and a touch of fun. For more inspiration from our hotels, explore the full Sleeping Around blog series here.
