Welcome to Residence 21 at Ham Yard Hotel, a romantic haven adorned with rich, warm, and subdued tones. Designed to showcase our new fabric collection in collaboration with GP & J Baker, recently launched this month, this one-bedroom apartment invites you to indulge in luxury and elegance. View our full collection here.

Adorning the walls is our ‘Soft Red’ linen, complemented by ‘Knight’s Tale’ in ‘Plaster’ on the curtains. This scheme was inspired by ‘Knight’s Tale’, the cornerstone of our collection, weaving together a combination of weaves and printed linens. The sofa is upholstered in ‘Worlds Apart’, a wonderful versatile wide stripe design in green and coral tones.

Behind the sofa, a marble-topped dining table is accompanied by balloon back chairs covered in ‘Knight’s Tale’ in ‘Plaster’, accented with coral leather piping and handles for a contemporary touch.

Nestled in front of the fireplace are two armchairs covered in ‘Robina’s Dinner Party’, a favourite from the collection, paying homage to our friend Robina Jack. The ottoman is upholstered in the brown colourway of our ‘Bunty’ fabric, adding unexpected pops of orange and turquoise.

Our unique ‘Potato Print’ fabric has been used on the iconic ‘Kit’s Wing Chair’, this is a design close to our hearts, created in our design studio to raise funds for The Charleston Trust.

Moving into the bedroom, immerse yourself in an enchanted forest with our ‘Tall Trees’ design adapted to a traditional blue and white colour palette. The wallpaper envelops the walls, while the ‘Ruby’ headboard fabric and box-pleated half tester create a cosy cocoon.

Two lampshades in our ‘Wriggle Room’ fabric add a touch of fun, while the entrance hallway is upholstered in the same fabric, showcasing its versatility.

For the windows, ‘Robina’s Dinner Party’ in the blue colourway adds quirkiness and joy. Solid colours like our ‘Blue linen’ and ‘Ivory linen’ piping balance the heavily patterned room, while the deep-buttoned tub chair is covered in bold ‘Bunty’ fabric in the indigo colourway.
