We’d like to invite you to explore a charming new scheme in room 202 at Knightsbridge Hotel. Here in this townhouse hotel suite, elegance meets tranquillity…
With a distinguished tone of soft blue, the blended linen walls create a welcoming sense of calm. In all of our bedroom schemes, a grand headboard always takes centre stage. In this suite, we chose our Sam headboard which has been upholstered with a beautiful hand-printed linen cloth by Alice Sergeant Textiles. This fabric design showcases captivating botanical motifs, inspired by Lebanese textiles, skillfully combining intricate details and vibrant colours to create an eye-catching focal point.
Another striking element in the room is the fireplace. Elegantly framed by two tub chairs, it echoes the headboard’s fabric design. Above the fireplace, we’ve artfully incorporated a unique antique panel. Resembling a fire back, the panel brings an intriguing touch of curiosity and character to the space. Find ‘Our Guide to Styling a Fireplace’ here.
Curtains create a bold contrast against the smaller-scale design adorning the headboard and our mannequin. Featuring a large-scale painterly geometric pattern, these curtains bring a fresh, modern edge to the room, creating a sense of softness and ease.
As you continue to explore the suite, your attention will be drawn to the sofa, which is upholstered in a multi-stripe weave from the ‘Bohemian Travels’ collection by Mulberry Home. This fabric collection pays homage to the discerning traveller and collector through exotic textures. We love how the sofa merges all of the scheme’s colours together.
We chose to incorporate touches of saffron yellow through artworks, picture frames and fresh flowers, infusing subtle touches of warmth.
We hope you’ve enjoyed this glimpse into room 202 at Knightsbridge Hotel. Come and discover the magic for yourself, as every nook and cranny of this space invites you to experience something homely and inviting!
