From Dallas to London, these events offer an opportunity to discover the stories behind Kit’s interiors, explore the inspirations that shape her work and connect with fellow design enthusiasts. Rooms with a View 2026
Saturday 7 November, 3pm to 4pm | Southport, Connecticut
To begin the month, Kit will join Elizabeth Graves for a conversation at Rooms with a View 2026, where this year’s theme is The Enduring Influence of British Design. Drawing on her latest book, Kit will share the inspirations behind her work and reflect on the influence of British design on her approach to interiors. From her love of colour and pattern to her work with artists and craftspeople, the conversation will explore the ideas, influences and attention to detail that have shaped her projects, as well as the ways in which British design continues to evolve. Texas Design Week: Conversation with a Legend
Tuesday 10 November, 3pm to 5pm | J Williams Fine Art, Dallas
Next, we head to Dallas, Texas, for Texas Design Week. Join Kit for a special afternoon at J Williams Fine Art, moderated by Jacqueline Terrebonne of Galerie magazine. The event will feature an intimate, salon-style conversation exploring Kit’s approach to design, followed by a book signing. An Evening at Interabang Books
Wednesday 11 November, 6pm to 7pm | Interabang Books, Dallas
Our time in Dallas continues at Interabang Books, where Kit will discuss Design Stories and the ideas, inspirations and creative stories behind her distinctive approach to interiors. The Future’s Bright (and Colourful)
Monday 23 November, 6pm to 7.30pm | Ham Yard Hotel, London
Back in London, we will round off the month with a special evening at Ham Yard Hotel, where Kit will join broadcaster and journalist Emma Barnett for a conversation about design, creativity and what lies ahead. Kit will reflect on her past projects and share insights into the ideas, influences and creative relationships that have shaped her work, while offering a glimpse of what is to come. The conversation will also touch on the much-anticipated opening of a new Firmdale Hotel near the British Museum in 2027. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions and have their copies of Design Stories signed.
