As we approach the summer solstice, with its long golden evenings and sense of possibility, we are delighted to bring our signature hospitality and design-led dining to Treasure House Fair 2026 as the fair’s official restaurant partner.
Set within the historic grounds of Royal Hospital Chelsea, our three dining destinations, Brumus Brasserie, Oscar Champagne & Oyster Bar and Refuel Café, have been conceived as immersive spaces where art, craftsmanship and hospitality come together.
This year, we bring Brumus Brasserie, the much loved restaurant from Haymarket Hotel, to the fair. Here, seasonal British cuisine and warm hospitality offer visitors a place to pause, reflect and savour the day amidst one of the world’s finest celebrations of art, antiques and design. On Saturday evening, the atmosphere comes alive with live jazz, adding another layer of enjoyment to the experience.
The dining spaces are enveloped in our Rufus wallpaper for Andrew Martin. Bathed in misty blue hills and warm coral and ochre tones, the design unfolds like a midsummer dream.
The interiors celebrate craftsmanship at every turn. Upholstery throughout Brumus features fabrics from Kit’s latest collection for GP & J Baker. A palette of rusty reds and sunshine yellows creates an atmosphere that is both elegant and inviting.
Nearby, Oscar Champagne & Oyster Bar takes a more spirited approach. Layers of ocean blue are complemented by accents of pink, capturing the energy and vibrancy of summer gatherings. Floating overhead, an ethereal paper installation drifts through the space like passing clouds, creating moments of wonder and drawing the eye upwards. Together, these elements create an environment that gently nods to surrealism, unexpected, imaginative and full of delight.
