We are always thrilled to see how our fabrics come to life in your homes and creative spaces. Designing in the studio is one thing, but seeing those ideas woven into your rooms is where the real magic happens. In today’s blog, we are shining a spotlight on what you are scheming with: joyful glimpses of how you have brought our textiles into your world, each full of personality, flair and charm.
Bunty in Blue and Green by @erinmayinteriors
An ottoman is often at the heart of a room, so it makes perfect sense to choose a hard-wearing fabric that can handle daily use. We love how our striped Bunty design in blue and green pops beautifully against the earthy texture of the wall behind. It is a vibrant yet grounding moment in the space.
Rainstorm and Jogalong by @suzedrewinteriors
The beauty of our Rainstorm fabric lies in its versatility. With closely spaced stripes in tonal shades, it almost behaves like a solid. Upholstered here in green, it has been paired with our Jogalong fabric on the footstool. Touches of green and pink, along with embroidered details, bring subtle colour and texture to this relaxed yet stylish room.
Ashenwood in Summer by @seansymington
This serene bedroom strikes a perfect balance between calm and colour. Our Ashenwood fabric in the Summer colourway adds warmth and depth through soft reds, ochres and sky blues. We also couldn’t help but notice our much-loved doggy lamp, complete with a linen lampshade and chain stitch detail, bringing a light-hearted touch to the space.
Mythical Land by @rupert_bevan
We were delighted to catch a glimpse of Rupert Bevan’s own home, where our classic Mythical Land wallpaper adds a sense of enchantment to the dining room. Filled with hand-drawn creatures and fantastical charm, it sets the tone for the whole space. Electric blue chairs introduce a bold contrast, allowing the wallpaper to sing while adding a playful twist.
Front Row by @gathereduk
Our Front Row fabric in green gives this classic oak frame a fresh, contemporary update. The result is a perfect harmony between traditional craftsmanship and bold design, creating a piece that feels both timeless and new.
Knights Tale by @petersilkofhelmsley
This lampshade is an unexpected and delightful use of our Knight’s Tale fabric. The vibrant colour lifts the space, while the finishing trim adds an extra layer of character. A brilliant way to introduce pattern and personality in a small but impactful detail.
It is a real treat to see how our fabrics have found their way into your schemes, from walling to lampshades and everything in between. Thank you for sharing your spaces with us. Keep tagging us @kitkempdesignthread – we love seeing your creativity at work.
