Step inside the newly refurbished Residence 5 at Ham Yard Hotel, a vibrant haven designed for guests to unwind in comfort and style. As you enter the hallway, you are welcomed by a bespoke colourway of our Potato Print fabric. Soft LED strip lighting highlights the built-in bookcase, which is enhanced by the depth of antique mirrors. The plaster-toned Potato Print lends the space a warm, earthy character, guiding you into the expansive Drawing Room beyond.
Here, you will find our brand-new Lotty Sofa, an L-shaped design created and tested in-house. With its sharply tailored silhouette, it brings a refined, couture feel to the room. Upholstered in our Front Row fabric in green, this standout piece from our GP & J Baker collection is inspired by an antique tapestry and beautifully adapted for modern interiors. Front Row blends rich historical references with a fresh, contemporary energy, making it a striking focal point.
The walls are adorned in our Clementine Kit’s Linen, offering a beautiful contrast to the green upholstery and echoing the orange accents within the fabric. Floor-to-ceiling Crittall windows are dressed in Inti by William Yeoward, a firm favourite of ours. With its hand-stitched appearance and corded jute detail on a natural linen base, it brings a tactile richness to the room. Flanking the fireplace are two grand antique mirrors, which bounce a warm, welcoming light around the space and reflect the Potato Print fabric in the hallway, creating a lovely sense of continuity.
In the first bedroom, the walls are covered in a playful wave-like design that evokes a dream-like quality. This same fabric flows into the curtains, creating a soft, cocoon-like atmosphere ideal for rest and relaxation. The statement headboard is upholstered in Forest by Andrew Martin, an embroidered folk-inspired design featuring a colourful array of birds, trees and animals from the natural world. Its bold aesthetic is enriched by intricate outlines and overlay stitching, bringing added dimension to the piece.
The second bedroom is elegant and filled with natural light. A green striped wallpaper by MINDTHEGAP elevates the space with a fresh, clean look. The curvaceous headboard is upholstered in a large-scale floral fabric, which is echoed in the curtains to create a sense of harmony. Touches of Clementine Kit’s Linen have been added to the headboard border and upholstery piping, introducing subtle contrast and visual interest to this otherwise monochrome scheme.
