Today, we’re excited to share how we’ve integrated charming, miniature houses within our designs, each with a unique purpose of housing something or someone special.
Throughout the indoor and outdoor spaces of our hotels, you’ll find these delightful little houses designed to welcome our feathered friends. At Warren Street Hotel, for example, we’ve placed whimsical birdhouses throughout the Drawing Room shelves, adding character and charm to the space.
Outside, these tiny homes come to life in our outdoor areas. We love incorporating them on plant stands and gardening consoles, allowing these charming structures to serve both as functional homes and as decorative features in our landscape.
At Crosby Street Hotel, we’ve built a special home for our chickens, perched on the hotel’s rooftop garden. During the warmer months, the chickens enjoy the shade, while in winter, they take refuge in the warmth of their cosy abode.
And let’s not forget our furry friends! We’ve commissioned beautiful pet houses, hand-painted by the talented Mimi de Biarritz. Each one is a work of art, capturing exquisite detail and character in its design.
Tucked away in a serene corner of our garden, beneath a lush thatched roof, sits a Shepherd’s Hut — a whimsical retreat designed for relaxation and inspiration. Built by a local forester, the hut’s roof adds a touch of rustic charm, while the interior, draws inspiration from American folk art, making it a truly unique space.
We hope you’ve enjoyed discovering the charming structural pieces that house and enrich our designs!
