Quadruple the Style: One Fabric, Four Unique Schemes

Day to Day

Discover how we’ve incorporated one of our favourite fabrics into four different schemes, each one creating its own unique atmosphere...

At the heart of great interior design lies the ability to take something beautiful and reimagine it in fresh, unexpected ways. Fabrics, in particular, tell stories—when chosen thoughtfully, they have the power to transform a space into something truly extraordinary.

One of our favourite fabrics is the stunning floral pattern Zennor Arbour from Liberty. The intricate hand-drawn flowers, set against a bold royal blue background, strike a beautiful balance between contemporary flair and traditional charm. On today’s blog, we’re excited to share how we’ve used this fabric in four different schemes, each creating its own unique atmosphere.

Richmond Buildings

For this space, we embraced boldness and drama. Zennor Arbour takes centre stage, dressing the walls and instantly making a statement as you enter the room. To balance the boldness, we layered in different textures, like the warm wooden counter bar and the porcelain Rockin’ Robin hanging lights, adding depth and interest. On the opposite wall, the fabric is repeated in the sofas, creating a sense of continuity throughout the space.

Crosby Street Hotel

Inspired by our Richmond scheme, we brought Zennor Arbour into Room 508 at Crosby Street Hotel, pairing it with shades of blue and orange. The fabric is featured on the Ellie Headboard, adorned with nickel studding, creating a striking focal point. We’ve also incorporated it into the curtains, bringing a harmonious flow to the room. To keep the space grounded, we used an oatmeal linen on the walls, adding sophistication and calm, while two vibrant armchairs bring an uplifting, joyful touch.

Warren Street Hotel

In the vibrant orangery at Warren Street Hotel, the floral fabric takes on a more subtle role, appearing in smaller doses among a sea of weaves and geometric patterns. Here, Zennor Arbour serves as an unexpected twist, breaking the symmetry and adding an organic flow to the room’s dynamic energy.

WOW!house

For the curtains in our WOW!house showroom, we chose the Zennor Arbour linen fabric in the Jade colourway, demonstrating how the different colourways of this fabric can complement a scheme. The bold floral pattern beautifully ties together the green and floral elements of the room, creating a cohesive and harmonious feel throughout.

We hope this blog inspires you to see the many ways the same fabric can transform a space and create varied atmospheres. Each setting tells a different story, showcasing the versatility and beauty of Zennor Arbour.
