Here in our Design Studio, there’s nothing we enjoy more than discovering how you’ve brought our fabric and wallpaper designs to life on Instagram. From upholstery to curtains, walling, and lampshades, we love seeing the creative ways you’ve used our designs. On today’s blog, we’re excited to share some of our favourite posts featuring our latest collection with GP & J Baker.
Kate French Creative – @katefrench_creative
Here, our Knight’s Tale wallpaper in Coco graces the walls of a corridor with soaring ceilings. We adore how it’s paired with a striking blue and white checkered floor—the contrast between the organic, textured wallpaper and the clean, geometric flooring creates a fascinating, balanced aesthetic. Just beyond the doorway, a vibrant round table draped in red, blue, and yellow-striped fabric perfectly complements the Knight’s Tale.
Rascal & Roses THE EDIT – @rascalandrosestheedit
In this charming farmhouse project by Rascal & Roses, our Bunty in Blue Green beautifully upholsters these curvaceous dining chairs. Part of our Stripes collection, Bunty is a finely crafted striped weave with rich texture and embroidery. The addition of nickel studding frames the shape of the chair, offering a fresh and contemporary twist!
Alexis Wylie – @alexiswylieinsta
Another fabulous post features our Bunty in the Indigo colourway, upholstered on a cosy corner banquette. This inviting space is elevated by scatter cushions in Knight’s Tale and our Spin Off embroidery. We love seeing how these pieces have been combined to create such a warm, welcoming dining nook.
Park House Kitchens – @parkhousekitchens
Park House Kitchens have used our Handmade striped embroidery for a banquette seat cushion in their showroom, giving the piece a stunning, hand-crafted look. The fabric’s block-printed design and stitched detailing evoke the charm of a found vintage textile. It looks like Daphne, the showroom pup, finds it just as comfortable as we do!
The Shade Shop – @cvilleshadeshop
Here, our Knight’s Tale wallpaper takes on a new life as card lampshades. The delicate deer frolicking amidst foliage and florals add a whimsical, romantic touch. These lampshades are sure to cast a warm and inviting glow in any room.
Pomegranate Interior & Decorations – @pomegranate_interior
We were thrilled to spot this gorgeous bench upholstered in our Wild One stripe at Pomegranate Interior, an antiques and decoration shop in The Hague, Holland. With vertical stripes in a rich, multicoloured palette set against a denim-blue background, this fabric is perfect for adding vibrancy to any piece of furniture. If you find yourself in The Hague, be sure to stop by Pomegranate Interior at Denneweg 37, 2514 CC Den Haag, Netherlands.
We hope you’ve enjoyed this glimpse into how our fabric and wallpaper collection with GP & J Baker has been used by talented designers. Please continue to tag us on Instagram @kitkempdesignthread so we can see and celebrate your amazing creations!
