Introducing ClockClock 24 ‘Dada Blue’, a dynamic collaboration between Kit Kemp Design Studio and Humans since 1982. This captivating kinetic sculpture is composed of twenty-four small analogue clocks, each with two simple hands. While these clocks don’t tell the time individually, they work in perfect synchrony, creating mesmerising patterns and geometric shapes. Once each minute, the clock hands, reminiscent of traditional analogue wall clocks, align precisely to tell the time as a digital clock —a dance of precision and creativity.
ClockClock 24 is a unique fusion of art, technology, and functionality, encouraging us to pause, reflect, and appreciate the rhythm of our days. The deep blue and crisp white hues strike a delicate balance between coolness and warmth, stillness and movement. We’ve named it ‘Dada Blue’ in honour of the Dada movement, which embraced experimentation and rejected conventional artistic norms. Far more than just a timepiece, ClockClock 24 is a mesmerising tribute to the passage of time, reimagined as a work of art.
We hope you’ve enjoyed exploring this captivating work of art. The limited edition ClockClock24 ‘Dada Blue’, is now exclusively offered at Shop Kit Kemp. Discover more here.Â
