In celebration of our newly launched fabric collection in collaboration with GP & J Baker, we are thrilled to present the redesigned showroom at the Decoration and Design Building in New York. Visit the Lee Jofa’s showroom where the full GP & J Baker x Kit Kemp collection is available to view. Join us today as we unveil a magical bedroom bathed in fresh blues and whites.
The walls are adorned with our ‘Tall Trees’ wallpaper in the ‘Delft Blue’ colourway. This two-tone palette, with its varying shades of blue, offers a refreshing take on our original Tall Trees design, evoking a whimsical treetop landscape.
For the bed, we’ve upholstered the ‘Ruby’ headboard in the same blue Tall Trees fabric. To create an enchanting atmosphere, we added a bed tester. The headboard rests against our ‘Tweak’ fabric in blue, a small-scale pattern that reads as a solid from a distance, providing bold contrast.
The tester is finished with our plain ‘Kit’s Linen’ for a crisp look, while the ‘Robina’s Dinner Party’ cushions add a touch of dynamism. To complete the bed, we’ve included a comforter in ‘Wriggle Room’, keeping the space lively, and ‘Spin Off’, which adds a touch of craftsmanship with its embroidery.
The sofa at the end of the bed is upholstered in ‘Bunty Indigo’, adding a touch of unexpected orange and creating a final layer of texture in this visually rich, pattern-filled design.
In the corner, our signature mannequin, dressed in ‘Knight’s Tale’ in Fuchsia, adds a vibrant pop of colour. Hanging from the ceiling is our stunning ‘Rockin’ Robin’ chandelier.
In front of the fireplace, two ‘Leo’ chairs are upholstered in ‘Robina’s Dinner Party’ fabric. Opposite these, two additional chairs are covered in our ‘Knights Tale’ fabric and backed with our ‘Tweak’ fabric, creating a harmonious and inviting space.
We hope this has inspired you to use and mix our new GP & J Baker collection. View our full range here. You can also visit our space at the D&D Building, located at 979 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10022, from 9 am to 5 pm.
