Join Minnie Kemp and Isabella Worsley at The Surprise pub in Chelsea on Tuesday 10th May as they come together in conversation to discuss ‘The Art of Collecting’. Chaired by Olivia Paterson, the founder of the art advisory and art agency, PATERSON ZEVI, they will examine building an art collection from multiple points of view.
Minnie in her capacity as Head Designer at Firmdale Hotels has helped build up an important collection of British artists within Firmdale Hotels in London and New York and residential and commercial designer, Isabella Worsley, has sourced and chosen art for projects worldwide for all manner of budgets, including The Surprise pub.
Olivia, Minnie and Isabella will touch on subjects such as visiting and acquiring pieces at art fairs, buying through Instagram, meeting artists in real life and organising studio visits.
